YOUR ROLE

Lead and manage testing efforts for software delivered by external partners.
Define and implement effective test strategies aligned with project and client goals.
Mentor and coordinate a team of testers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
Promote and integrate test automation tools and practices.
Ensure quality across all phases of the testing lifecycle.
Maintain clear and structured documentation of testing activities

YOUR PROFILE

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC/STLC.
Experience with different testing types (regression, exploratory, UAT, etc.).
Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools like Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Fluency in English.
