YOUR ROLE
- Support the coordination and operational follow-up of telecom solution validation and delivery activities within a complex operator environment.
- Coordinate activities across technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and operational objectives.
- Track ongoing activities, risks, action plans, and delivery status, ensuring proper follow-up and visibility across projects and operational streams.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including status reports, meeting follow-ups, operational records, tracking documentation, and governance updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, issue resolution, and alignment between technical, operational, and business areas.
- Support governance and service delivery processes through reporting, operational follow-up, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency across validation, certification, and delivery activities.
- Assist in coordinating validation and certification activities related to telecom and enterprise networking solutions, including voice, Wi-Fi, internet, and SD-WAN environments.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Networks, Information Technology, or related field).
- Experience in telecom operations, service delivery, technical project coordination, or related environments.
- Good understanding of IP networking fundamentals and enterprise or telecom networking environments.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities, follow structured processes, track dependencies, and maintain operational visibility.
- Strong communication, organizational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in dynamic operational environments.
- Experience in telecom operators, enterprise networking, service integration, or validation/certification activities is considered a plus.
