YOUR ROLE

Experienced Project Manager in the telecommunications industry, with strong leadership skills, a results‑driven mindset, and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification. Skilled in end‑to‑end delivery of technology transformation programs, network infrastructure deployments, modernization initiatives, and multi‑stakeholder strategic projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in process optimization, workflow redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications architectures, including core network, transport, radio access networks (RAN), and customer‑facing solutions.
• Experience with network monitoring tools, service assurance platforms, and performance analytics.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, network diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Demonstrated success in managing scope control, change requests, and impact analysis.
• Expertise negotiating timelines, SLAs, and commercial conditions with Telco vendors, integrators, and technology partners.
• Certification in PMP® – Project Management Professional is required.
• Fluent in Portuguese, with working knowledge of English.
