YOUR ROLE

• Provide second-line (L2) support for internal and client applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Python scripts/services and SQL databases.
• Diagnose incidents using logs, queries, and data analysis.
• Execute SQL queries for data analysis, incident investigation, and data correction.
• Support the use and operation of LLM-based models and bots.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident analysis and data troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Background or familiarity with AI/LLMs (preferred).
