Technical Lead RAN Engineer

YOUR ROLE

Plan, optimize, and improve mobile networks (from legacy technologies to 5G)
Exposure to 5G network solutions.
Recent experience with Nokia vendor.
Analyze network performance using KPIs and drive test data
Perform site-level and area-level optimization activities
Monitor network quality and identify performance degradations
Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions
Support new network features or solution deployments and stabilization phases
Troubleshoot integration, configuration, and performance issues
Support customers during early rollout and solution acceptance phases
