YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Mobile to join our team and lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative mobile applications for international projects.
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for defining technical solutions, guiding engineering teams, promoting development best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications across both iOS or Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, UX/UI Designers, and stakeholders to drive mobile strategy and technical excellence.
This role combines strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, mentoring, and decision-making responsibilities within an Agile environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Mobile Application Development.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Mobile Developer, or Senior Mobile Engineer.
• Strong experience in Android development using Kotlin or in  iOS development using Swift.
• Proven experience developing, maintaining, and deploying native applications for Android or iOS.
• Experience defining mobile architectures and implementing best practices.
• Strong knowledge of mobile design patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modular architectures.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of application performance optimization, scalability, and mobile security best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and leading technical discussions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience with React Native.
• Experience with Flutter.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications, Generative AI, or AI Agents.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience working within international and multicultural environments.
