T&I Junior Marketing Assistant

Are you passionate about marketing, communication, and events, and looking for an opportunity to grow within an innovation driven environment? As a Technology & Innovation Junior Marketing Assistant, you will support the Technology & Innovation department, working directly within the T&I Impact team to help bring visibility to our initiatives, events, and innovation projects.

We are looking for early career professionals who are motivated, organized, and excited to work at the intersection of innovation and marketing.

Your Role

In this role, you will support the coordination of events, execution of marketing and communication activities, and preparation of “go to market” materials for T&I initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring smooth planning, clear communication, and consistent visibility of the department’s work.

• Support event coordination for visits, corporate events, project-related sessions, and innovation focused activities.
• Prepare and update basic materials such as event summaries, ID Cards, and status reports.
• Contribute to internal and external communications, including posts, newsletters, and internal channels.
• Assist with go to market strategy and materials for innovation assets (presentations, simple descriptions, supporting documents).
• Help maintain T&I visibility through regular updates, tracking, and support on marketing and KPI documents.

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Strong interest in event coordination and stakeholder management.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of marketing and digital communication principles.
• Strong written communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Interest in innovation, technology, and emerging trends.
• Creativity, storytelling ability, and willingness to learn.
