YOUR ROLE
- Develop, maintain, and ensure the implementation of the Project Requirements Management Plan (RMP).
- Establish, coordinate, and monitor the Requirements Management process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Engineering Teams in requirements definition, allocation, traceability, baselining, verification, and validation.
- Perform requirements quality reviews to ensure completeness, consistency, clarity, and testability.
- Manage requirements changes and support impact assessments in coordination with Configuration Management.
- Monitor requirements compliance and verification evidence, perform audits, and report Requirements Management KPIs.
- Coordinate requirements-related activities with customers, suppliers, Engineering, Quality, and other project stakeholders.
- Support the administration and maintenance of Requirements Management tools and repositories.
- Identify technical risks and opportunities, support mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with applicable project and quality processes.
- Capture and capitalize on Lessons Learned to promote continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience in Requirements Management and its application within engineering or complex project environments.
- Experience in Quality Management processes, compliance activities, requirements traceability, and verification and validation.
- Experience in Configuration Management and change control processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary environments.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
