YOUR ROLE

  • Administer and maintain enterprise Storage and SAN environments.
  • Provide advanced technical support for storage infrastructure within managed services engagements.
  • Design, implement, and deploy new storage solutions and enhancements to existing platforms.
  • Monitor storage performance, capacity, availability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage-related incidents and service requests.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, systems, and project teams to ensure service continuity and successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives, documentation, and operational best practices.
  • Participate in the ongoing evolution and optimization of storage environments.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong hands-on experience in the administration of enterprise storage and SAN solutions.
  • Solid expertise with storage technologies from vendors such as: Dell; EMC; HPE; IBM; Huawei; Other leading enterprise storage platforms.
  • Experience managing centralized storage environments.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent Portuguese communication skills (spoken and written).
