YOUR ROLE
Capgemini Engineering is searching for a Service Delivery Manager to strengthen our teams in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have strong experience of:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact in the service/project delivery cycle.
- Ensure regular status meetings with teams, guaranteeing progress monitoring and alignment of priorities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of service/project delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) to ensure the quality of delivery.
- Manage incidents and problems, ensuring their timely resolution.
- Support the implementation and optimization of processes, promoting best practices (e.g., ITIL, Agile).
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Computer Engineering or similar field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT service management or similar roles.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL (preferred).
- Experience in stakeholder management and client relationship management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
