YOUR ROLE

• Lead end‑to‑end software development projects, ensuring quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial forecasts and variance analyses.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for both technical and financial issues.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and promote continuous improvement.

• Prepare and present project and financial status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software project and delivery management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience managing international, multi‑geography projects and working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software architectures such as microservices and APIs.
