YOUR PROFILE

• Own end‑to‑end architecture, ensuring quality, security, scalability and performance at enterprise scale.
• Define and govern engineering standards, best practices and reference frameworks.
• Act as a technical authority and mentor, driving critical decisions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps and Security teams in a global context.
• Support presales and client engagements, translating business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to technology governance, strategic roadmaps and the evolution of the Software Engineering & AI offering, including the integration of AI‑enabled and intelligent systems into enterprise architectures.

YOUR ROLE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture;
• Proven experience as a Software Architect / Solution Architect in complex, enterprise‑scale environments;
• Strong expertise in:
  • JAVA and/or ASP.NET (or an equivalent technology stack);
  • Distributed architectures, APIs and microservices;
  • Enterprise integrations and middleware;
  • Data‑oriented architectures, reporting and analytics;
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP);
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and integration of intelligent solutions;
• Fluent English (mandatory);
• Strong strategic thinking with an end‑to‑end architectural and business view;
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders;
• Proven technical leadership, including mentoring and talent development;
• High level of autonomy, rigor and accountability, with a strong focus on delivering value and quality at scale.
