YOUR ROLE

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETCS signalling solutions for railway projects.
• Provide technical expertise in signaling systems engineering, ensuring full compliance with ERTMS standards.
• Collaborate in the system architecture, integration, and validation of advanced railway signaling systems.
• Implement security protocols and maintain alignment with industry standards to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Perform requirement analysis, system specification, and safety assessments for ETCS projects.
• Contribute to the RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) aspects of signalling systems to enhance long-term system performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

• BSc or MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
• Proven expertise in railway signaling engineering, with a strong background in ERTMS (ETCS) implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across various departments and cultures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese (native or bilingual).
• English proficiency being a strong plus.
• Location: Lisbon, Oporto or Fundão.
