YOUR ROLE

In this role, you should expect to:

• As the right-hand to the Head of Design, you’ll be ensuring that all design projects are delivered on time, on scope and with expected quality.
• Support the Head of Design in DesignOps and Delivery enhancement, establishing optimized methodologies for design project delivery and updating them as relevant.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of design projects, from intake to delivery. You’re also expected to contribute to earlier stages of proposal definition, in order to align with delivery expectations of feasibility.
• Manage workload, forecast capacity and resource planning.
• Facilitate alignment between multiple components of a design team – Research, CX, UX, UI; and effectively engage with clients as the “face of the team”.

• Identify and implement process improvements, delivery best practices and maintain delivery standards.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience managing digital design or creative delivery teams. Bonus if at a consultancy level – managing different engagements.
• Strong project/engagement management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Understanding of UX/UI processes and design lifecycle (not a designer, but fluent in design)
• Organized, proactive and efficient communicator.
• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Marketing, Management or a related field

Extra Points if you:

• Are knowledgeable about AI tools and techniques to enhance the design process;
• Are able to adjust to a consultancy environment, participating in multiple projects and proposals throughout the year.

Would be able to visualize and draft the best design approach (methodology-wise) for a given challenge/project
