YOUR ROLE

  • Jointly lead the realization team with a strong platform focus, driving the development and evolution of a RedHat OpenShift IT/OT platform.
  • Enable, mentor, and upskill junior colleagues in RedHat OpenShift technologies, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Delegate, coordinate, and structure development efforts within the realization team to ensure efficient delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to the setup and configuration of Kubernetes (OpenShift) clusters, ensuring stability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Support platform activities involving Container Storage Interface (CSI), Container Network Interface (CNI), and Kubernetes Operators.
  • Manage and validate backup/restore procedures, as well as shutdown and restart processes, within OpenShift environments.
  • Collaborate on setting up operator consoles for OpenShift (e.g., BOOTC) and improving cluster lifecycle and observability.
  • Work closely with IT/OT teams to ensure reliable, resilient, and scalable platform operations across the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership, ensure adherence to milestones, and contribute to cross‑functional project goals.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Solid expertise in setting up and managing Kubernetes (OpenShift) clusters in complex IT/OT environments.
  • Experience with Container Storage Interface (CSI), Container Network Interface (CNI), Kubernetes roles and role binding, and Kubernetes Operators.
  • Proven hands‑on experience with OpenShift backup/restore solutions, shutdown/restart workflows, and operational continuity.
  • Exposure to the setup and management of OpenShift operator consoles (e.g., BOOTC).
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide, enable, and educate junior engineers.
  • Structured, organized, and capable of delegating tasks effectively within a technical team.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote‑work setting while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
