Senior NOC Core CS Engineer / Technical Lead

YOUR ROLE

•  Provide technical leadership within the NOC, ensuring network and service availability, performance, and operational excellence. 
•  Lead major incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities across multiple technology domains. 
•  Act as a senior point of reference for operational teams, driving technical guidance and decision-making. 
•  Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution and service continuity. 
•  Contribute to process improvement, operational governance, and NOC performance management. 
•  Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. 
•  Depending on the profile, act as either a Core CS / Voice Core technical lead or a transversal NOC lead with end-to-end network oversight.

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience in Mobile Core Network engineering, support or operations.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate in Spanish and English within a technical environment.

Core Network Platforms: HLR, HSS/HSS-FE, CUDB, UDM, UDR, AuC, EIR, DNS.

IMS & Voice Core: CSCF, MTAS, MGW, MGC, MRF, Media Server.

Signaling & Interconnect: SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, SIP, SBC, STP.

Vendors: Ericsson, Huawei.
