YOUR PROFILE
As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, resilient, and secure software solutions within complex healthcare environments. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to strengthen their architectural mindset and progressively grow towards a Software Architect role.
You will:
- Contribute to the design and evolution of scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Participate in technical decision-making, helping to define solution designs and integration approaches.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate closely with architects and senior technical leaders, gaining exposure to architecture best practices and design principles.
- Support the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
- Contribute to integration initiatives with internal and external systems, ensuring interoperability, security, and performance.
- Evaluate technologies and propose improvements to address technical and business challenges.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables while developing greater autonomy in solution design and architectural thinking.
YOUR ROLE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong expertise in:
- Java and Spring Boot ecosystem;
- REST APIs and system integrations;
- React development (preferred);
- Messaging technologies and event-driven architectures;
- CI/CD practices and implementation;
- Docker and Kubernetes platforms;
- Linux environments;
- Application servers such as Tomcat.
- Experience in software design and implementation of scalable solutions.
- Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and modern development practices.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, testing, and security practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent Portuguese and professional English.
