YOUR ROLE

As a Project/Program Manager at Capgemini, you will be responsible for leading complex, high-dimension projects from inception to successful delivery. With up to 15 years of experience managing complex projects, you'll oversee all aspects of project management including scope, timeline, budget, and quality while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You'll work in a collaborative environment, applying critical thinking to overcome challenges and ensure project success.

In this role you will:

• Ensure effective and efficient management of project scope, timeline, cost, and quality
• Develop and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risk management, and mitigation)
• Verify that financial execution aligns with project execution
• Manage relationships and assertive communication with all stakeholders
• Create project reporting, management information, and facilitate decision-making processes
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT solutions
• Apply Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery and team performance

YOUR PROFILE

• Up to 15 years of experience managing high-dimension, complex projects (mandatory certifications)
• Degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment
• Critical analysis skills with a focus on resolving blockers
• Experience with Agile methodologies (certification is a plus)
• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
