Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in functional analysis.
• Proven experience leading analysis activities in medium- to high-complexity projects.
• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience preparing functional analysis documents, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and implementable solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external entities.
• Experience managing requirements, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• Strong knowledge of the software development and testing lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, both spoken and written, at CEFR level C1, or Portuguese as a native language.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in digital transformation projects within the public sector or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes, licensing, inspections, and entity management.
• Experience in business process reengineering.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling techniques.
• Experience with system integrations and interoperability.
• Knowledge of GDPR, digital accessibility, and information security.
• Familiarity with Java applications, Oracle, Front Office, and Back Office systems.
• Certification in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Agile methodologies.
