As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and AI solutions, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to transform complex data into actionable insights and scalable, production‑ready models that solve real business challenges.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Take ownership of data science initiatives, managing projects end‑to‑end from data exploration to production deployment
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract insights and support strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical and machine learning solutions
• Design, build, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models using GCP services (e.g. BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataproc)
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and continuous performance monitoring
• Work with large‑scale and distributed data processing frameworks in cloud environments
• Apply CI/CD and MLOps practices to ensure scalable and reliable ML workflows
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize insights and performance metrics
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Promote a solution‑oriented, data‑driven mindset within the team

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, with strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics
• Proven hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud‑based data solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience handling large and complex datasets
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Data & AI, or a related field
• Fluency in English is mandatory
