YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Senior AI Technical Manager to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Lead AI projects end-to-end technically, from ideation to delivery;

• Support the definition and evolution of Capgemini Portugal's AI offering;

• Identify opportunities for AI application in clients and participate in pre-sales initiatives;

• Act as a technical reference for the team, promoting best practices and mentoring;

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic and technical alignment;

• Work with traditional AI technologies (ML, NLP, CV, etc.) and solutions from major hyperscalers: Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI projects, with a strong technical and leadership component;
• Proficiency in AI architectures and solutions, including MLOps, data pipelines, ML models, and integration with cloud platforms;
• Experience with hyperscaler tools and services (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.);
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in ambiguous environments, and high degree of autonomy;
• Strong results orientation and business owner mindset;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
