Senior 5G RAN Software Architect

YOUR ROLE

You will be contributing to product development, maintenance and delivery of products including HLD, LLD, development and verification of 5G NR Protocol Software.
Analyze 3GPP features for development for different sub systems and testing of 5G NR features.
Provide guidance to teams regarding intricate design issues.
Focus to continuously improve system performance with quality deliverables.
Design, validate, and implement 5G architecture and next-gen technologies (e.g., Carrier Aggregation (CA), Network Slicing, Scheduler).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and technologies. 
Drive innovation by exploring new programming paradigms and software architectures. 
Ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems through robust testing and documentation. 
Develop architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Work closely with product management teams to define roadmap priorities based on customer requirements and market trends.

YOUR PROFILE

Min 10 years in RAN design, optimization, and troubleshooting, with at least 5 years of experience in 5G/LTE technologies.
Strong understanding of 4G LTE, 5G NR, including radio interface protocols, PHY/MAC layers, and eNB/gNB configurations.
Hands on programming experience using C, C++, Linux (both asynchronous and synchronous multithreaded code), Windows, Performance Optimization. 
Must have experience in debugging complex gNodeB issues, log file analysis etc.
Familiar with any of these feature s layer/sublayer MAC, RLC, PDCP, Schedular, Power Control, Link Adaptation, GTP-C, GTP-U.
Familiarity with CI, Jenkins and GIT. 
A problem-solver mindset with a strong analytical approach. 
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in international team environment
