Your Role

 

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help with the implementation of SAFe within our client's teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in agile environments, the ability to remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and support multidisciplinary teams in delivering high‑value products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Facilitate Agile processes for multiple teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.  
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  
  • Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.  
  • Identify and address any impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.  
  • Monitor and track project progress, using Agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.  
  • Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments.  
  • Continuously improve Agile processes by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned.  
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements in Agile methodologies, and the wind turbine industry to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team. 

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or a related field.  
  • 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and their practical application in R&D projects.  
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.  
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) training and experience is advantageous.  

 

Nice to have:

  • Comprehensive leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.  
  • Great facilitation and conflict resolution skills to ensure productive collaboration.  
  • Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
