YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an OpenText - OPS Lead to join our team.

 

  • Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of business-critical systems, driving operational excellence across the service landscape.
  • Lead incident and ticket management activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues in line with agreed SLAs, including coordination of critical and major incidents.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, managing workload prioritization, resource allocation, and on-call support arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing operational reporting, performance insights, and leading governance and operational review meetings.
  • Drive problem management initiatives, performing root cause analysis and implementing continuous service improvement actions.
  • Support application releases, deployments, and go-live activities, ensuring operational readiness and seamless service transitions.
  • Manage team capacity planning and resource utilization to meet business and operational demands effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and audit requirements, maintaining a robust and controlled operational environment.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in IT Operations and Service Management within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of incident management practices, SLA-driven support models, and on-call operations.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenText and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, operational coordination, or service delivery management roles.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM best practices, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
