OpenText ECM Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced OpenText ECM Consultant to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and support of OpenText solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server and related modules, with a strong background in system administration, customization, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, configuration, and administration of OpenText ECM solutions, especially Content Server.
• Manage patch deployment using System Center and oversee Content Server Transport processes.
• Configure and maintain Indexing & Search Administration, OTDS, LiveReports, WebReports, and Workflow.
• Customize user interfaces and workflows using Livelink Builder, Enterprise Connect, and Appearances.
• Develop and maintain integrations using OpenText APIs and jQuery.
• Provide support and enhancements for Enterprise Scan, Imaging Webviewer, SharePoint Connect, Brava!, Blazon, and iHub.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure ECM solutions.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OpenText Archive Center, Extended ECM, or Business Center Capture.
• Familiarity with OpenText SAP Solutions and integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of OpenText Capture Center and document processing workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of dedicated experience with OpenText ECM, especially Content Server.
• Strong knowledge of system installation, patching, and administration.
• Proficiency in scripting and API-based customization.
• Experience with enterprise-level deployments and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• OpenText Certified Content Server Administrator or Developer
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent
