YOUR ROLE

• Participate in night/weekend maintenance windows.
• Configure/commission network equipment as per work plans.
• Troubleshoot incidents/issues during interventions and restore service continuity.
• Prepare detailed work plans during weekdays for upcoming interventions.
• Align execution plans with the architecture team.
• Coordinate actions and status with field engineering teams during on-site work.

YOUR PROFILE

• Availability to work scheduled maintenance windows during nights and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Firewall technologies.
• Advanced routing configuration skills for LAN and WAN.
• Hands-on configuration and deployment of:

              - Routers and switches

              - WLAN controllers and access points

              - Palo Alto firewalls

• Strong troubleshooting skills to ensure remote offices are operational post-intervention.
• Solid Python knowledge to develop scripts automating changes on network equipment (routers, switches, WLC, firewalls, etc.).
• Ability to prepare work plans during weekdays for weekend interventions, ensuring compliance with legal working hours and rest periods.
• Ability to collaborate with architecture and coordinate with field engineering teams during interventions.

Nice to have:

• Cisco CCNP (or higher).
• Palo Alto PCNSE.
• CompTIA Network+ (or equivalent).
• Other relevant certifications in LAN/WAN or wireless networking.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong communication, cross-functional teamwork, resilience under pressure, attention to detail.
