YOUR ROLE

As a Structured Credit Middle Office Officer, you will play a key role in supporting complex structured credit transactions throughout their lifecycle. Acting as the link between Front Office, Operations, Legal, and other internal stakeholders, you will ensure the accurate execution, monitoring, and administration of loan and credit-related activities.

You will be responsible for managing transaction processing, reviewing legal documentation, monitoring deal performance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining data integrity within LoanIQ. Your expertise will contribute to efficient risk management, regulatory compliance, and seamless client service delivery. Additionally, you will support process improvements and help optimize workflows within the Structured Credit business.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking environment, preferably within Middle Office, Front Office, or Back Office functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Structured Credit products and related operational processes.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with LoanIQ and managing loan lifecycle activities.
  • Good understanding of credit documentation and transaction structures.
  • A legal background or exposure to legal documentation is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

 

Working Model

  • Hybrid model (50% remote / 50% onsite).
  • During the onboarding period, a 100% onsite presence may be required to ensure a smooth integration into the team and processes.
