YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a M365 Digital Workplace Expert to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).

Your main responsabilities will be:

  • Produce and update UX, adoption, and white‑label documentation for Workplace Products.
  • Manage the Workplace Adoption Network community and lead monthly meet‑ups.
  • Maintain and enhance the “One Workplace Experience” reference platform.
  • Design and implement user feedback loops to drive continuous improvement with Product Managers.
  • Support entities during Workplace Product deployments through training, change management, and coordination with IT Support and security teams.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3+ years in Digital Workplace, User Adoption, or Functional IT roles.
  • Strong knowledge of M365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows 10/11).
  • Experience with user adoption, UX best practices, and training delivery.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Understanding of IT Support workflows and ITIL concepts.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, ITIL Change).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Community management experience (IT Support, L2/L3, adoption networks).
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work with Security, IAM, and Cyber teams.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across multiple entities.
  • Portuguese and English fluent.
