YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a LMS (Learning Management System) Support Business Analyst to join our team in Lisbon.
Your main responsabilities will be:
- Ticket Management: Manage LMS support tickets and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Incident Support: Analyze and resolve system incidents, user issues, and functional requests.
- Access Management: Administer user access, roles, and security reviews.
- Testing & Quality: Execute testing activities to ensure system stability and quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide reporting and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- 1-3 years of experience with Business Analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and support.
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience in Incident Management and functional support (L1/L2).
- Knowledge of HRIS and HR Technology solutions.
- Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesReporting and dashboard creation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Strong documentation and process management skills.
- English proficiency (B2 level or above).
