YOUR ROLE

We are looking for Junior Network Engineers. Will be part of a team for the preparation and execution of network activities for a major telecommunications client, working closely with technical leads and client-facing coordination teams based in Spain.
This role is part of a multi-vendor environment covering 2G to 5G technologies.
Key Responsibilities
•    Execute scheduled network activities in live mobile networks, during day or night shifts.
•    Perform preparation, implementation, and validation tasks for RAN changes and operations.
•    Work across Ericsson and Nokia equipment.
•    Support activities across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies
•    Follow defined procedures and technical specifications provided by tech leads.
•    Participate in technical discussions, troubleshooting, and escalation processes when required.
•    Collaborate closely with: 
      Spain-based coordination and client-facing teams.
      Internal technical leads and execution team members.

•    Ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution of assigned tasks.
•    Contribute to a stable, predictable delivery model with consistent workload.

Working Model
•    Task execution carried out from Portugal
•    Client coordination and multi-area interaction handled mainly from Spain
•    Stable workload and team composition during the delivery phase

YOUR PROFILE

Profiles with a Level 5 vocational/technical degree in Telecommunications or an ATEC qualification.
•    Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in production networks
•    Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
•    Ability to work independently during scheduled execution windows
•    Availability to work either in day shift or night shift.
•    Clear and structured communication, especially in technical contexts
•    Reliability and attention to detail in operational activities
•    English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory)
•    Spanish: Minimum communication required
