YOUR ROLE

• Lead a team of developers
• Maintenance and development of a system.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic Background: Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar.
• Excellent soft skills;
• Minimum of 6 years in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Experience with java development, mainly with Java EE specification modules:
• JSF
• EJB
• JMS
• Hibernate
• FrontEnd development experience using Primefaces
• Fluent in Portuguese

Nice to Have:

• Methodologies: Minimum 3 years in Agile
• Application Servers Knowledge, mainly Jboss EAP
• Unit tests (Junit, Mockito)
• SQL knowledge (Oracle 10)
• Webservices knowledge, mainly SOAP
