YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).

Your main responsabilities will be:

  • Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions
  • Develop high-quality backend services ensuring best practices (Clean Code, Gitflow, Agile)
  • Communicate effectively and produce clear technical documentation in English

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Strong experience in backend development using Java (8+) and Spring Boot
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Familiarity with Gitflow or other code branching strategies
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical solution documentation
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
