PROFILE

Software Engineer with solid experience in backend or full-stack development, accustomed to working autonomously in complex, international environments. Strong sense of ownership, good communication skills, and experience collaborating with multiple technical and functional stakeholders. 
 

RESPONSABILITIES

• Analyze, gather, and qualify functional and technical requirements
• Design technical solutions and define implementation strategies
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend internal applications
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems
• Automate and orchestrate complex IT processes
• Manage the full software development lifecycle using CI/CD practices
• Perform integration, validation, and end-to-end testing
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Support production incidents when required
• Ensure solution quality, security, maintainability, and operational readiness
• Coordinate with international stakeholders and participate in regular project meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
• Strong experience with Java (enterprise backend development)
• Experience with PHP, preferably using the Symfony framework
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and system integration
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of software quality, testing practices, and documentation
• Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale IT environments
• French: mandatory (professional working proficiency)
• English: technical working proficiency
• Work model: Hybrid — 2 days per week in Capgemini offices

Nice to Have

• Experience with IT process automation and orchestration tools
• Knowledge of OpenText Operations Orchestration or similar platforms
• Exposure to low-code / no-code tools
• Experience in Telecom or large enterprise environments
• Experience working with legacy systems and modernization projects
• Multi-partner and multi-platform integration experience
