Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and evolution of healthcare information systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions within healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate healthcare IT projects, including system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to deployment and transition to support.
• Oversee system changes, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring solution quality and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and end users to resolve issues and drive successful project delivery.
• Perform and coordinate change requests, basic system configurations, and access management activities.
• Promote the adoption of industry best practices and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Helpdesk, Systems Administration, and other IT teams to ensure effective service delivery and operational alignment.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Healthcare Business Intelligence, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• More than 4 years of experience in Project Management roles.
• Postgraduate qualification or certifications in Project Management are valued.
• Proven experience in the management and implementation of technology projects within healthcare organizations.
• Experience managing and implementing SPMS solutions, particularly the SONHO/SClínico Hospital Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management.
• Experience overseeing system migrations, implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of the following technologies and methodologies is desirable:

• ITIL fundamentals
• SQL / PL-SQL
• Citrix
• Power BI
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Active Directory
• OutSystems

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare technology organizations.
• Experience with healthcare information systems, electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), and clinical applications.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments and digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector.
