Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to work directly with the Program Lead, supporting the end-to-end coordination and delivery of a complex, multi-workstream enterprise modernization initiative.
The Project Manager will act as a central delivery integrator, managing multiple parallel technical workstreams, ensuring alignment across infrastructure, security, integration, and platform teams, and maintaining strong control over planning, risks, dependencies, and execution.
This role is hands-on from a project governance perspective and requires strong experience managing infrastructure-heavy and security-sensitive programs. The Project Manager will support and help coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, including:

• Ensure delivery aligns with agreed governance, quality, and compliance standards
Workstream Coordination
• Act as a coordination point between infrastructure, security, database, integration, and platform teams
• Ensure cross-workstream dependencies are identified and managed early
• Support technical leads without replacing their accountability
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
• Maintain a consolidated risk and issue log across all workstreams
• Drive mitigation actions and escalate when required
• Support security, stability, and compliance-driven decision making
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Work closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and system integrators
• Ensure vendors are aligned with project plans, milestones, and delivery expectations
• Prepare clear and concise status reporting for senior stakeholders
Execution Support
• Support environment readiness, migration planning, testing coordination, and go-live preparation
• Contribute to hyper care planning and operational handover activities
Your Profile
• Strong experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex enterprise programs
• Proven exposure to infrastructure-centric and platform modernization projects
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and external suppliers
• Solid understanding of:
-Cloud and hosting environments

• Cross-workstream coordination
• Vendor and systems integrator management
• Risk, issue, and dependency management
• Executive and stakeholder communication
• Structured problem solving
• Ability to operate in complex, high-pressure delivery environments
Nice to Have (Optional)
