YOUR ROLE

As a Generative AI Data Developer, you will support AI-driven enterprise projects by assisting in evaluating AI solutions, aligning them with business needs, and contributing to proof-of-concept (PoC) development. With a strong willingness to learn, you will collaborate with experienced consultants and cross-functional teams to facilitate AI adoption, governance, and operational enablement. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in AI strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Assessment & Use Case Alignment

• Assist in researching and analyzing existing AI solutions, identifying their capabilities and limitations.
• Support mapping AI technologies to business use cases, ensuring optimal alignment with enterprise needs.

Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Development & AI Innovation

• Participate in PoC initiatives, assisting in data preparation, testing AI models, and gathering insights.
• Work alongside senior consultants to refine AI models for scalability, efficiency, and business impact.

Strategic AI Adoption & Business Support

• Assist in documenting AI implementation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support tracking KPIs and metrics to measure AI adoption success.

AI Governance & Compliance

• Help maintain AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical AI usage and compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in developing AI policies, including licensing and data security best practices.

Enterprise AI Enablement & Change Management

• Contribute to AI training programs, helping develop materials and organize skill-building sessions.
• Support initiatives that foster AI adoption across teams, engaging with internal communities and workshops.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Interest in AI-driven security, software modernization, and automation.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities in software and AI implementation.
• Fluency in English and either French or Portuguese.
