YOUR ROLE

• Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and gap analysis for banking processes.
• Document AS-IS / TO-BE workflows, data flows, and define functional/non-functional requirements.
• Cover core banking processes: customer onboarding, deposits, lending, payments, treasury, trade finance, risk & compliance, and digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with PSD2/Open Banking, SEPA, SWIFT, AML/KYC, GDPR, Basel/CRR, IFRS.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams on solution design, API specifications, and integration patterns.
• Support core banking implementation, modernization initiatives, and AI-driven process optimization.
• Define test scenarios, UAT plans, and ensure traceability of requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide status, risk, and financial impact reports.
• Proactively identify and drive new opportunities (process improvements, new products, partner integrations).
• Build business cases, ROI/ARR impact models, and support go-to-market with Client/Account teams.
• Operate across multi-country programs, adapting to local regulations and cultural contexts.

YOUR PROFILE

• 8–12+ years as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services with delivery experience.
• Comprehensive coverage of core banking, payments, lending, treasury, trade finance, risk & compliance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks: PSD2, SEPA, SWIFT, AML/KYC, GDPR, Basel/CRR, IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with process modeling (BPMN), requirements documentation, and UAT.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms (eg. Temenos, Finacle, Oracle/Flexcube, Mambu).
• Understanding of API & integration patterns and API gateways (Azure API Management, Apigee, Kong, WSO2).
• Understanding of data/BI and reporting requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in international projects and multi-vendor environments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in banking is a plus.
• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, BPMN, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum.
