Engineering Unit Manager - Telecom Networks

YOUR ROLE

As an Engineering Unit Manager – Telecom Networks, you will lead a strategic engineering business unit, driving growth, operational excellence, customer success, and people development.

You will:

• Define and execute the unit's business and growth strategy.
• Own the P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are achieved.
• Lead large multidisciplinary engineering teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Develop strategic customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Support pre-sales activities and shape complex solutions.
• Ensure successful delivery of telecom engineering programs and managed services.
• Drive transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build the capabilities, talent, and organizational structure required for future growth.

YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Engineering Services, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven leadership of large engineering organizations, business units, or delivery centers.
• Strong P&L management and business development experience.
• Track record of managing strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Telecom Networks, Managed Services, and Engineering Delivery.
• Knowledge of 5G, RAN, Core Networks, OSS/BSS, Network Operations, or Cloud Network Transformation is highly valued.
• Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and execution focus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
