Your Role

 

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join our team in the telecommunications sector. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of energy-related projects, with a strong focus on DC power systems that support critical telecom infrastructure. This role requires both technical expertise and strong project management capabilities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines for energy system installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintenance Management: Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and DC power systems to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
  • System Implementation: Lead and monitor the implementation of DC energy systems (rectifiers, batteries, UPS, etc.) across telecom sites.
  • Incident Management: Identify, respond to, and resolve technical incidents, ensuring service continuity and minimal downtime.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface with clients, vendors, and partners, maintaining clear communication and building strong professional relationships.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular progress updates, project reports, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile

 

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Proven experience in the energy sector, ideally within telecommunications or critical infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of DC power systems (rectifiers, batteries, inverters, UPS systems).
  • Solid project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
