E2E Tester (IMS / PaCO / SDM)

YOUR ROLE

As an E2E Tester, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end solutions within Telecom Core Network environments, with a particular focus on IMS, PaCO, SDM, and 5G Core domains. You will play a key role in ensuring service quality through comprehensive testing, defect management, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing end-to-end manual testing activities across IMS, PaCO, SDM, and 5G Core platforms.
  • Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network and service issues.
  • Conducting failure investigations and reporting defects using tools such as JIRA and Quality Center (QC).
  • Developing a strong understanding of the test environment, system functionality, and business requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining test cases based on project requirements.
  • Logging, tracking, and managing defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Producing defect status reports and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Supporting defect resolution activities in collaboration with development, integration, and operations teams.
  • Analyzing logs, traces, and network traffic to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful test execution and delivery quality.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecom Core Network testing within IMS, SDM, PaCO, and/or 5G Core domains.
  • Strong knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network architectures, procedures, and call flows.Hands-on experience with telecom protocol testing, including:
    • HTTP2
    • SIP
    • MAP
    • Diameter
    Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience using Wireshark for packet capture and log analysis.Knowledge of cloud-native and virtualization technologies, including:
    • Kubernetes
    • Docker
    • VNF deployments
    • Python scripting
    Experience with defect management and test tracking tools such as JIRA and QC/ALM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
