YOUR ROLE
As a Delivery Manager, you will be the strategic interface between Capgemini and one of our key telecom clients. You will lead a large-scale delivery program involving over 100 professionals, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and account growth. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.
YOUR PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience in telecom engineering, preferably within telecom operators, ISPs, or large enterprise environments with background in Autonomous Networks
- Strategic thinker with a strong delivery mindset
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced, and multicultural environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Business-oriented with a focus on value creation and client success
Key Responsibilities
- Act as at the executive and operational levels with customer
- Lead project governance: KPIs, SLAs, executive reporting, and steering committees
- Oversee financial performance (P&L, margin control, invoicing, forecasting)
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations proactively
- Coordinate across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and People Managers to ensure successful execution
- Identify growth opportunities within the account and support commercial proposals
- Support the introduction of AI workflows in the processes and modernize the team ways of working
- Ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement in delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or Client Delivery Manager in large-scale programs
- Strong background in Autonomous Networks & OSS/BSS (FlowOne & Orchestrator, Genesys contact center, InstantLink and Order Management applications)
- Experience managing large, distributed, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-Level interaction
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Solid financial management skills (P&L ownership, forecasting, margin control)
- Familiarity with both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, PMP)
