YOUR ROLE

• Work within agile, multidisciplinary squads to develop and evolve Data Science products with direct business impact (customer value, churn, retention, marketing optimization)
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap leveraging ML/AI
• Design and plan solutions (epics, user stories, tasks)
• Build scalable data pipelines (GCP) and develop, deploy, and monitor ML models in production
• Ensure performance, reliability, and business impact of ML/AI systems
• Apply advanced techniques such as causal inference, probabilistic modeling, simulation, and NLP on real-world data 

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics)
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / ML roles in production environments
• Strong programming and computer science fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and model lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor)
• Experience with databases and data extraction/analysis
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and impact-driven mindset
• Ability to adapt and manage priorities in fast-paced environments
