YOUR ROLE

• Define and own the overall Data Center infrastructure architecture.
• Produce and maintain HLD and LLD documentation.
• Lead technical design decisions aligned with business and non-functional requirements.
• Perform capacity planning and scalability assessments.
• Oversee and technically validate infrastructure implementation activities.
• Act as the highest technical escalation point (Level 2/Level 3 support).
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents and structural issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventative improvements.
• Define operational standards, best practices and governance controls.
• Ensure infrastructure stability, performance, resilience and security compliance.
• Engage with vendors and technology partners for advanced troubleshooting and solution validation.
• Continuously assess and improve infrastructure efficiency and automation opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in enterprise Data Center infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing end-to-end infrastructure architectures (compute, storage, networking and virtualization).
• Advanced expertise in VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter (or equivalent enterprise virtualization platforms) or equivalent.
• Strong experience with enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS, multipathing, performance tuning, resilience design).
• Solid Data Center networking knowledge (VLANs, routing, firewalling, load balancing concepts).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux systems administration.
• Experience designing and supporting High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity solutions.
• Proven capability in advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (L2/L3 support).
• Experience producing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full technical ownership of infrastructure environments.
• Availability for long term travels to Saudi Arabia.

Nice to have:

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP integration).
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform or similar).
• Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure (e.g. Nutanix).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• ITIL certification or strong understanding of IT service management practices.
• Advanced vendor certifications.
• Experience in mission-critical or highly regulated environments.
