YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Data Architect to lead the design and optimization of scalable data architectures within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You will be responsible for migrating data from Azure Storage to Delta Tables and implementing a structured Bronze–Silver–Gold architecture in Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration and modernization initiatives in Databricks.
• Design and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Implement data governance and security using Microsoft Purview.
• Collaborate on integrating Unity Catalog for centralized metadata management.
• Enable real-time analytics by connecting Databricks with Power BI.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP and PowerCenter systems.

YOUR PROFILE

• Expertise in Azure and Databricks, with strong data engineering skills.
• Deep understanding of Delta Lake and Bronze–Silver–Gold architecture.
• Experience in pipeline optimization and workflow automation.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Purview and familiar with Unity Catalog.
• Integration experience with Power BI, SAP, and PowerCenter.
• Azure certifications and PySpark knowledge are a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
