YOUR ROLE

• We are looking for a Cyber Security Architect or testing to support the design and delivery of secure telecommunications infrastructures and services across complex network environments.
• The successful candidate will contribute to large-scale telecom transformation initiatives involving 4G, 5G, Mission Critical Communications (MCx), Public Safety Networks, Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), and Industrial IoT. This role requires deep expertise in telecom security architecture, risk assessment, security governance, and secure-by-design principles across cloud-native and telecom platform.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end security architectures for telecom networks, platforms, and cloud environments.
  • Define and implement cybersecurity frameworks aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments, security reviews, and threat modelling exercises.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and security risks affecting telecom infrastructures.
  • Recommend and assess security technologies and vendor solutions.
  • Support secure deployment and integration activities across telecom platforms and services.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to ensure security-by-design adoption.
  • Produce architecture documentation, guidelines, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Support customer workshops, technical reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance and security controls.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications environments.
• Experience designing security architectures for telecom and cloud infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of 4G, 5G, IMS, MCx, OSS/BSS, and telecom operational environments.
• Experience conducting security assessments, threat modelling, and risk analysis activities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, ISSAP, CCSP, TOGAF, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Mandatory Skills: 
  • Telecom Cyber Security Architecture.
  • 4G and 5G Security Standards and Frameworks.
  • GSMA, ENISA, 3GPP, ETSI, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Security of RAN, Transport, EPC, 5G Core, IMS, MCx, OSS, and BSS domains.
  • Cloud and Virtualization Security (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, VMware).
  • Threat Modelling and Risk Assessment.
  • Zero Trust and Defence-in-Depth principles.
  • PKI, HSM, Cryptographic Key Management, IAM and PAM solutions.
  • EDR, SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, and Firewall technologies.
  • Security Architecture Documentation (HLD, LLD, Security Blueprints).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

• The role requires availability for business travel, including medium-term assignments involving extended stays (up to 3 months) in Sweden.
