YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Technical Project Manager, engineer mission is to lead the successful delivery of complex, end-to-end technical solutions within the telecommunications and cloud domains. The CTPM strives to ensure seamless integration, verification, and validation of Nokia technologies, while maintaining a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and business value.
- The CTPM manages selected complex projects where the client delivers the complete solution as End-to-End owner, or for First-Off and large non-standard or cross-organization solutions, or solutions with 3rd-Party involvement.
- The Customer Technical Project Manager leads and directs the technical functions being the Analysis & Design group, the Integration, Verification & Validation group.
- Whenever possible, CTPM is assigned during pre-sales in the project initiation phase, helping to convince the customer to buy from the client.
- Knowledge of all or part of the set of protocols for IP/MPLS; IGP, BGP, RSVP, LDP, and others and Mobile networks related interfaces and protocols 2G-3G-4G-5G are highly recommended.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor in Telecommunications or Electrotechnical Engineer
- Experience in complex projects with cross domain / E2E technology areas (7 years of experience)
- Experience in Telco Core networks area and Cloud and Data Centers
- Good understanding of pre-sales aspects like scoping, estimation and risk management
- Ability to take responsibility and coordinate and lead technical issues
- Able to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision
- Self-starter - able to demonstrate a strong sense of business ownership and leadership
- Motivated by, and committed to meeting challenging individual and team deadlines
- Independent and self-directed
- Ability to create order in an unstructured environment
- Configuration and change management experience
- Good knowledge in IP Networking Protocols like OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD.
- Understanding of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP.
- IPTEL Knowledge.
- Good Communication Skills and proactive.
