Core Network System Integrator - Subscriber & Policy

YOUR ROLE

The role focuses on end-to-end integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Core Network solutions, with specific responsibility for the Subscriber, Signaling and Policy (SSP) domain.

The System / Solution Integrator works closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful implementation, integration, and Go‑Live of multi-node, multi-vendor telecom solutions, across 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Integrating and validating Core Network nodes (HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, Policy systems, SDL)
  • Performing end‑to‑end solution integration and system interoperability testing
  • Supporting deployments, upgrades, and Go‑Live activities
  • Troubleshooting complex signaling, subscriber, and policy-related issues
  • Contributing to automation, scripting, and operational support
  • Producing technical documentation and customer-facing reports
  • Collaborating in high‑pressure delivery environments with a customer‑oriented mindset

YOUR PROFILE

An experienced Telecom System Integrator with strong technical depth in Core Network architectures, signaling protocols, and cloud‑native environments, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Telecom & Core Network

  • Proven experience as System Integrator / Solution Integrator in telecom environments
  • Strong hands-on experience in the SSP (Subscriber, Signaling & Policy) domain
  • Practical knowledge of 3GPP standards and 3G / 4G / 5G architectures
  • Experience integrating:
    • HSS / HLR
    • AUSF / UDM
    • Policy Control systems
    • SDL
  • Familiarity with OSS/BSS integration is a plus

Protocols & Networking

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Hands-on experience with telecom protocols:
    • Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy)
    • HTTP / HTTP2
    • SIP
    • SOAP‑XML, REST
    • SNMP, SIGTRAN

Cloud & Platforms

  • Experience with VNF and CNF architectures
  • Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience with platforms such as:
    • CBIS / CBAM
    • NCS / NCOM
    • VMware, OpenStack, OpenShift
  • Strong Unix / Linux skills

Databases

  • Experience with databases such as:
    • Aerospike
    • MariaDB
    • Oracle
    • SQL
  • Exposure to cloud‑native and multi‑DB environments is an advantage

Scripting & Automation

  • Hands-on scripting experience in:
    • Shell scripting
    • Python, Perl, and/or Ansible
  • Use of scripting for:
    • Deployment and installation support
    • Configuration generation
    • Operational troubleshooting and automation
