YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong experience in managing end-to-end software delivery projects in the telecom cloud domain, particularly with Nokia Cloud platforms (NCP, NCOM, NCD). The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience in test and integration engineering, especially within fCaaS environments.
This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery with high customer satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and manage full lifecycle of cloud-based software projects (from planning to closure).
•    Define and execute delivery approaches for Nokia Cloud platforms (NCP, NCOM, NCD).
•    Coordinate project/program teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
•    Ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with customer expectations.
•    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including planning, risk, change, and opportunity management.
•    Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in project tools and repositories.
•    Collaborate with test/integration engineers to validate and integrate fCaaS solutions.

Must Have Qualifications
•    Proven experience managing Nokia Cloud (NCP, NCOM, NCD) projects or programs.
•    Strong leadership in end-to-end software project delivery.
•    Experience in stakeholder and resource management across cross-functional teams.
•    Excellent communication and coordination skills with customer and partner teams.
•    Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and change control.
•    Familiarity with project tools and repositories for tracking and reporting.
•    Background in Test/Integration Engineering, especially in fCaaS environments.

Nice to Have Skills
•    Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerized platforms.
•    Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
•    Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems and service orchestration.
•    Exposure to Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
•    Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
