Client Manager

Job Description

The client manager is responsible for one or more clients (from small clients to group and PACE clients). The client manager has a thorough understanding of the issues strategy and organization. They build a 1 to 3 years strategy roadmap for the account. The client manager becomes a strategic partner and trusted advisor in developing the client and shaping opportunities. They coordinate operations and ensure delivery quality.

Understands the clients strategy in their remit. Ensures that the client strategy is aligned with Capgeminis overall strategy. Knows market and industry. Creates the 1 to 3 year account plan. Focus on below M€5. Local client, indicative responsibility under M€10.
