YOUR ROLE
• Define, execute, and manage the Change Management plan;
• Conduct impact assessments, identify key stakeholders, and design communication strategies;
• Organize and conduct training and support sessions for stakeholders;
• Gather feedback, monitor resistance to change, and implement mitigation strategies;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g., project teams, functional managers, business owners) to align the Change Management and Communication strategy with project objectives, facilitating adoption and ensuring a successful transition;
• Manage and report key indicators for Change Management and Communication actions;
• Develop training strategies and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
• Knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and best practices;
• Ability to deliver impact reports, stakeholder analyses, and create effective communication strategies;
• Analytical skills and problem management orientation;
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management;
• Experience in business transformation processes (desirable);
• Experience in Communication (desirable);
• Courses and certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) are preferential, but not mandatory.
